IG541 Mixed Gas Fire Suppression System + Suspended HFC‑227ea Fire Extinguishing Unit
The design incorporates both an IG541 mixed-gas fire suppression system and a suspended heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing unit, with the aim of safeguarding valuable samples and equipment. The IG541 system employs a precisely proportioned blend of nitrogen, argon, and carbon dioxide; its clean‑gas formulation effectively suppresses fires while minimizing damage to documents and electronic devices. Meanwhile, the suspended heptafluoropropane fire extinguisher—equipped with a temperature‑sensing activation feature—can be pre‑set to trigger automatic suppression at 68°C, making it well suited for high‑risk areas. Together, these systems ensure laboratory safety while being environmentally friendly, representing an ideal protective solution for modern research facilities.
